Hotel 

You will need to fill out the RSVP form in order to lock in your hotel room. Filling out this form guarantees HealthTrust is responsible for your room reservation. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THE SPECIFIED HOTEL DIRECTLY. HealthTrust will not reimburse for hotel rooms that are booked outside of the registration process. If you need to change or cancel your reservation after you filled out the form, please contact the coordinator, and please do not go to the hotel directly. 

Air 

Call 800-892-4188 to book your flight with BCD. Please book your flight to arrive and depart on the specified date and time required for the program. Any travel request outside of those dates will have to be approved by the coordinator.

Driving? If you plan on driving, please call BCD for a driving quote. We will only reimburse for driving if you have received a driving quote from BCD.
